Custom orders & Commissions take time to create & ship. You will be asked to contribute information to this process. All of the requirements for your order will be sent to you via email. You'll be required to complete these items on time. Any delays caused by incomplete information on your end will be noted. Any delays caused by acts of the Universe or situations outside our control will not result in discounts or refunds. This includes issues with the shipping carrier.
